When will my order ship?

In stock items are shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Out of stock items are shipped within 7-14 business days.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, as most orders require freight carrier shipping, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

How are domestic shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your ship to address. If you experience problems getting a cost using our shipping partner (UPS or freight carrier) during checkout please call customer service toll free (800) 251-2198 (Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST) or email us sales@3gtoolboxes.com and we can provide shipping cost, approximate time of delivery and help to complete your order.

Sometimes a shipping rate calculated from our shipping vendor when placing your order is less than or greater than the actual shipping rate. Though we authorize funds on your credit card when orders are placed, we do not process your credit card until shipping rate is verified. If the actual shipping rate is less than the amount quoted on your order, we will ship your order and charge you the lesser shipping rate. If the actual shipping rate is greater than the amount quoted on your order, we will call you before shipping your order to confirm the shipping rate.
